Data Architect

You have 10+ years of experience working with variety of tools and technologies. Experience designing, implementing and maintaining data warehouse, OLTP, or analytics solutions with at least one vendors' platform (Azure, AWS, GCP, etc.) is a must. You understand complex data relationships, importance of data quality, analysis and evaluation. You are not afraid of taking the leadership when it comes to setting standards, working with end users to collect requirements and producing documents.

Data Engineer

You enjoy writing code and have solid 5-7 years’ experience of developing systems that collect, manage, and convert raw data into usable information. You understand normal forms and know how to design your database for the optimum performance. You understand the concepts behind ETL and have developed at least one or two processes to move data across. Technology - related certifications are highly desirable.

Solutions Architect

You started as a developer and moving into architecture role was a natural evolution for you. You are still possess great technical skills, however, your domain of expertise is about creating the blueprint/framework for the solution development and implementation. You may work as a part of the technical team or larger architecture group. You are well versed in terms of the software design patterns, system integration and application architectural principles, approaches and procedures. You have at least 5 years’ experience as an architect with 12+ years overall.

Full-stack software Developer

5-7 years hand-on experience working with latest development tools (.Net, J2EE, Php, Ruby, JavaScript, jQuery, Angular, Node, Python, etc).You enjoy designing, developing, troubleshooting and supporting applications. You know that to be successful you need to document and test your code properly and follow the best industry practices. You've been working in IT long enough to understand that priorities are changing every day and you should be able to multitask and prioritize. You are true team player and problem solver. Technical certifications are highly desirable.

Project Manager

At least 10+ years of proactive project/program management. Experience with managing portfolio of projects and all related activities associated with understanding and addressing business requirements through project team(s) work on documenting business requirements, designing, developing and delivering solutions. Well versed with Waterfall, Rational and Agile methodologies. PMP certification or equivalent is a must (at least in progress).

Technical Team Lead

You have 10+ years working with the latest and greatest and very proud of your achievements. You enjoy team work and know how to convince people to accept your ideas in a non-threatening way. You enjoy working with (or leading) multifunctional team of business analysts, developers and testers. You believe Agile can deliver outstanding results if applied properly. You are able to learn quickly, have passion for problem solving and enjoy working with minimum mentoring or supervision. You are able to execute project plans as well as manage stress effectively.
